Forge (fka Intrepid Homes) is a two-sided marketplace, creating the next generation of skilled trades workers to do jobs in high demand, more efficiently leveraging new technology. Forge’s apprentice program recruits young people (primarily Gen Z workers) into a tech enabled, modern trades firm. Forge is currently focused on HVAC electric heat pump systems which have strong unit economics – excellent margins with strong demand due to government sponsored clean energy HVAC upgrade programs.
