Eileen Rocchio has been with Boston Seed Capital since 2013, first joining as Controller and currently serving as Vice President of Finance. She has twenty-five years of accounting and finance experience in technology and venture. Her professional background comprises start-ups, small and mid-sized companies.
Eileen started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and became a Manager in Technology practice providing audit and related services to high technology, bio tech, and manufacturing clients. After PricewaterhouseCoopers, she joined Deploy Solutions, a privately held software and services company, up until the company’s acquisition by Kronos. Eileen then joined The Sagent Group, a group of privately held professional services businesses operating in the healthcare and technology industries, as the Director of Finance. After Sagent, she served as the Controller for Qteros, Inc., a privately held biofuels and engineering company, backed by Venrock Associates, Battery Venture, BP AE Ventures and Soros Fund Management. Eileen received a BA in Economics from Brown University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts.
